How many people do we need for a group outing?
Current group discounts begin at 7 participants. Submit your estimated headcount and we'll confirm the current options for your visit.
How large of a sports team can TreeRunner accommodate?
TreeRunner Grand Park can accommodate approximately 80 climbers in the experience at one time. Larger total groups may require a staggered schedule or another arrangement, depending on the date and park operations.
Do players need climbing experience?
No. First-time climbers are common. Participants receive an orientation before entering the aerial trails.
What ages can participate?
Aerial Forest climbing begins at age 7. Trail access and adult-accompaniment requirements vary based on age and other participation guidelines.
Can we come between tournament games?
Potentially, but leave a comfortable time buffer. TreeRunner's Starter experience includes two hours of climbing, and you should also allow time for parking, check-in, equipment and orientation. Do not schedule a climb into a tight game turnaround.
Do coaches have to climb?
Not every adult necessarily needs to climb, but adult participation requirements apply to certain younger climbers. Include player ages when you contact us so we can help you plan appropriately.
What should players wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe, closed-heel athletic shoes work best. Gloves are required for Aerial Forest climbing.
What happens if the weather is questionable?
TreeRunner operates outdoors and weather can affect park operations. Review the Grand Park Weather & Rain Policy before your outing and contact us if conditions are uncertain.
