Catering Options

TreeRunner Raleigh sells packaged food and drink in its park store but does not offer prepared or fresh food for takeout or group meals. Catering is a popular option that can make event planning easy and efficient. Groups large and small often inquire about using a catering service to provide food and drink at TreeRunner.

Since the grand opening in 2014, TreeRunner Raleigh has worked with a number of local catering services and is happy to offer their menus and pricing below. This list does not include all of your options but does feature proprietors that understand our unique location and the limitations of outdoor catering. TreeRunner has a great relationship with the services featured below. Some of these vendors have even provided discounted pricing for events catered at our site.

Food Trucks Or Carts

Catering for groups using food trucks is an option available to groups climbing at our park, though their arrangement must be coordinated with the TreeRunner Staff as there are specific restrictions on where food trucks may be located on site. Power or water service is not available for these vendors. Food trucks must be self-contained and are responsible to provide park management with a certificate of insurance (with additional insured) prior to the event. Any damage to the host grounds is the responsibility of the group.

What We Can Provide

TreeRunner Parks offer reservable amenities to groups planning an event on site. A big top tent, picnic tables, refuse cans and bags, a covered court, and a few lawn games are some of the amenities that can be reserved. Please contact our office for information on all reservable amenities or indoor space. Equipment available for group bookings must be reserved in advance. Power cords are available for use with advanced request.

What You Can Bring

Although there are some picnic tables that can be reserved for guest use, most large events find that they need more tables. Any tables, chairs, linens, or other party supply items not listed above can be rented through local party supply companies.

Portable restrooms are available in the park for our guests. Separate or private restroom service must be arranged by the group coordinator.

Large groups often choose to rent large tents to support their event. Other services sometimes sought for special events might be valet services, entertainers, bouncers, field games, DJ’s, and face painters. All of these vendors permitted but must be approved and coordinated through the Park Manager.
