TreeRunner Adventure Parks prioritizes the health and wellness of our guests, staff, and community. We are implementing the guidelines and protocols of the CDC at all our parks to ensure our parks remain places where you can get fresh air and an active experience this season.

What We Are Doing to Help Park Climbers Stay Healthy

To support all our customers and staff, TreeRunner Parks asks anyone with cold symptoms to please stay home.

Important Questions To Ask Yourself:

  • Have you or a family member recently traveled out of the country?

  • Do you have underlying health risks?

  • Do you have any cold-like symptoms?

TreeRunner’s Expanded Operations Protocols:

  • Disinfecting cleanings of our course daily and equipment between climbs.

  • Welcome centers are disinfected hourly.

  • Complementary single-use gloves for all climbers for each climb, or disinfected regular gloves after each climb.

  • Hand sanitizing stations available throughout each park.
