Before You Book
How do I request a school or youth group visit?
Submit our group inquiry form with your preferred date, estimated participant count and participant ages. Our Grand Park team can then help with availability, current group rates and scheduling.
How does school group pricing work?
Discounted weekday group rates are available. Pricing and reservation requirements can vary based on your date, group size and visit format, so we'll provide the appropriate rate when you inquire.
How large a group can Grand Park accommodate?
TreeRunner Grand Park can accommodate approximately 80 climbers in the experience at one time. If your total group is larger, tell us when you inquire so we can determine whether a staggered schedule or another visit structure will work.
What ages can participate?
Aerial Forest participation begins at age 7. Eligible trails and adult participation requirements vary by age. Review our Age Guidelines while planning your group.
Do all students have to climb the same courses?
No. Students can move through eligible courses based on age, ability and comfort level. That allows participants to find different levels of challenge while remaining part of the same overall experience.

Before You Arrive
When is our final participant list due?
Plan to submit your final guest list 48 Hours Before your scheduled visit so the TreeRunner team can review participant information and waiver status.
Does every participant need a waiver?
Yes. Participants need the appropriate completed waiver before climbing. Encourage families to complete them before trip day so your group can move through check-in efficiently.
What should students wear?
Students should wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor movement and closed-toe, closed-heel shoes. Long hair should be tied back and loose accessories or dangling jewelry should be avoided.
Where should our bus go?
TreeRunner is located inside Grand Park Sports Campus. Because the campus is large, send your driver our Directions & Parking page before the trip so they know how to find us.
What should we plan for lunch or snacks?
Let us know your lunch or snack plans while organizing your trip. Grand Park campus policies and available food options can affect what works best for your group, and our team can help you plan around the current rules.

On Trip Day
How much time should we plan for the visit?
We recommend planning approximately four hours for a typical school-group visit. That gives you room for arrival, check-in, equipment, orientation, up to 2.5 hours of climbing and regrouping before departure.
How long does equipment and orientation take?
Plan approximately 30–45 minutes for group organization, equipment and instruction before students move onto the aerial trails.
What happens if the weather is questionable?
TreeRunner is an outdoor adventure park and weather can affect operations. Review our Weather & Rain Policy and contact the park if conditions are uncertain as your visit approaches.
Do students have to complete every course?
No. Completing every trail is not the goal. Students can choose appropriate eligible challenges based on their age and confidence, which means a successful day can look different for every participant.
