All of our courses and activities have age requirements to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests.
Our Aerial Park is suitable for ages 7 and up. Our Black Diamond course is recommended for ages 14 and up, and guests under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Now, new to our Rochester park, our Little Zipper is for those adventurers aged 4 – 7! If you have any questions or concerns about age requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
As part of our commitment to safety and providing the best possible experience for all of our guests, we have a Bypass program in place for those who are interested in leveling up.
The program can be completed only after the first 2 hours of their first climb at TreeRunner each season and requires a score of 10/10 to be eligible for the benefits.
The Bypass program allows a child to climb one single course higher than what their age group would typically allow. This means that if a child meets the eligibility criteria and completes the program, they will be able to challenge themselves on a slightly more advanced course while still maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience.
Please note that guests can use Bypass program benefits on one course during their first visit and after completing 2 hours of their climb. However, this program is not designed to bypass age requirements altogether, as our age requirements are in place to ensure the safety of all of our guests. We encourage parents to follow these guidelines for the well-being of their children and to talk to our staff if they have any concerns or questions.
