As a Park Monitor, you will be spending most of your time in teh great outdoors. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and the enjoyment of all guests, treating everyone as a superstar. You will conduct daily course inspections, harness guests and work with all guest gear. Additionally, you will instruct guest on course and park safety, assist them as needed on aerial trails, platforms, and ladders, and monitor all customer activities within the park.
You will also be responsible for fairly applying all park rules, and course guidelines, as well as completing janitorial duties, ground work, and light maintenance tasks. Regular, predictable attendance is required for this role, and the successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, able to think on their feed and adapt to changing situations.

As a Guest Services Host, your primary role will be to provide each and every guest with an exceptional experience from registration through check-in, ensuring all aspects of their visit exceed expectations. The ideal candidate is confident in public speaking and verbal communication, with strong writing and grammar skills. Proficiency in using computers and handheld devices, including Google Suite, and familiarity with point of sale activities is essential.
You’ll be the face of our park, greeting guests enthusiastically, managing on-site reservations and waiver systems, and providing accurate information to enhance the TreeRunner experience. You’ll also handle various store functions such as cashiering, merchandising, and stocking, while maintaining the visual standards of the store and surrounding area.
Additionally, this role involves communication with park ground staff to manage the flow of groups and traffic, light maintenance work, janitorial duties, and clerical projects.
