Bring your group into the trees at TreeRunner Raleigh for an outdoor team-building experience built around communication, problem-solving, leadership and shared challenge.
The best teams are built in the trees. TreeRunner removes the usual workplace setting and gives people unfamiliar problems to work through together. Participants communicate, make decisions, encourage one another and respond to challenge in a completely different environment.

Participants continue the experience inside TreeRunner Raleigh's wooded Aerial Forest.
Teams spend most of their time together in familiar places: offices, classrooms, practice fields and video calls. TreeRunner removes that familiarity. Suddenly the challenge is a problem in front of the group — not another meeting agenda.
That gives people a chance to notice how teammates communicate, respond to uncertainty, offer support and approach a challenge when nobody has all the answers.
