A facilitator leads challenging ground initiatives designed around group cohesion, trust and communication. After the debrief, participants gear up and continue into the aerial park on their own.
$750 Current flat rate • groups up to 15 climbers
Groups 16+: $38 group ticket / climber
+$8 Team Bonding add-on / climber
+$4.95 service fee
Customized facilitation that continues into the climb.
Start with facilitator-led ground initiatives and a debrief, then continue into a supervised climb where the facilitator introduces skill-based challenges from the ground. Non-climbers can remain involved, too.

No. First-time climbers are common at TreeRunner, and the Aerial Forest includes multiple difficulty levels.
What is the difference between Team Bonding and Team Development?
Team Bonding combines facilitated ground initiatives and a debrief with a self-guided aerial experience. Team Development extends the facilitator's involvement into the climbing portion with additional skill-based challenges tied to the group's objectives.
Can non-climbers participate?
Team Development can incorporate non-climbers into the facilitated experience. Tell us about your group when you inquire so we can discuss the best setup.
